Humane, effective community-cat management.
LAWS volunteers oversee feral cat colonies in the outskirts of Laramie through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). We compassionately trap cats so they receive spaying or neutering and vaccinations, give them an identifying ear-tip, and then return them to their colony or rehome suitable cats as working cats.
TNR is the humane, evidence-based way to stabilize and reduce community-cat populations over time. LAWS is committed to the well-being and humane management of these cats.
If you look after a colony, or you have barn or acreage space for working cats, start with the TNR partner application and we will take it from there.
